big changes...

As of September 1, 2007, the 333 B&B went up for sale as a house, and will be closing its doors on November 15, 2007. If all goes well, we hope to be celebrating the holidays with our families this year.

This was not an easy decision and we did not anticipate things moving this fast. Our plan was to run this Inn for five years and then move on to a larger Inn if we were successful and still enjoyed it. Well, things went well, we absolutely love what we do, but Palm Springs real estate has been so successful, we cannot afford to buy what we need here. Properties are just too high to justify a payback on guest rooms. So, we made the hard decision to close our doors for now, regain some savings and eventually find another house or operating Inn that has more rooms and just as much charm as our little house we have right now. And, the exciting part is who knows where that might be! We are planning to move up to the high desert, near Joshua Tree National Park, this very well could be where the next 333 B&B will be.

We have loved having every single guest who has set foot in our house, over the past six years, and we will definitely miss you as you find other places to stay when you come to Palm Springs. We have met some wonderful people and made some great friendships that we hope last a lifetime. We definitely will miss all of you and hope that you come to visit us at our new home when we relocate. And who knows, we may even be in your neck of the woods soon!

We wil certainly miss each and everyone of you and look forward to sending out a future email with a new venture and Inn.
